TOPS Software, LLC was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award for their TOPS [ONE] Owner Access Portal in the Real Estate classification of the App and Mobile Websites category in the 16th Annual American Business Awards® last week.
This marks the third consecutive year that TOPS Software has been honored for their outstanding community association management software.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Monday, June 11. Tickets are now on sale.
More than 3,700 nominations were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. TOPS Software was nominated in the Real Estate category for Apps and Mobile Websites.
The Owner Access Portal of TOPS Software's web-based Community Association Management application, TOPS [ONE], allows property management companies to automate basic homeowner communications. Owner Access provides homeowners with quick access to their most frequently requested account information, such as current balance, account history, rule violation tickets, work orders, and the ability to make assessment payments online. This ease of access alleviates the burden placed on CAM managers to spend time on the phones answering everyday questions, giving them more freedom to handle other pressing matters.
Says one judge, the Owner Access Portal is “a great app overall. The design is minimalistic but neat. Lots of functionality is incorporated inside, however all of it seems to be easily accessible. Great job!”
Another adds, “functional, accessible and user friendly app,” with a third judge commenting, “truly an all-in-one invaluable tool specifically created for community association management.”
More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
“The nominations submitted for The 2018 American Business Awards were outstanding. The competition was intense, and those recognized as Stevie Award winners should be immensely proud of this accomplishment,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.
