TOPS Software, LLC, the leading provider of community association management software, announced today that they have formed a Customer Success team. TOPS Software, an innovator in the community association management industry, will be the first technology firm in the market to offer this service to their customers.
TOPS Software provides three core products: TOPS Professional, TOPS iQ, and TOPS [ONE], the only true web-based SaaS platform in the market. All three products empower industry professionals to manage all aspects of their communities. Customer Success complements these offerings as a department that is focused on helping clients grow and be successful.

The TOPS Software Success team will be helmed by Andrea Meyer, PCAM, AMS, CMCA, an experienced CAM executive and former owner of a management company. Joining Meyer on the team are Amanda Hilton, AMS, CMCA, a former community manager, Adam O’Halloran, with a background in community banking, and Kimberly Ward, with experience in non-profit membership organizations. Together they bring a deep level of expertise to TOPS clients.
