You'd have to be living under a rock to miss the signs that mobile technology is the future of our industry. Being a company that likes the sun, TOPS has long recognized the signs, and we've progressively been updating our mobile offerings to accommodate new devices as they've come out.

From the days we first released "TOPS Palm" for the Palm Pilot to our current offering of TOPS Go! Android and iOS editions, TOPS has offered customers access to key data while in the field, or on the move. Customers using the current version of TOPS Go! rave about the ease of accessibility to their community data and the speed of processing inspections.

But that doesn't mean it's a perfect world (there's always room to improve, right?) With the release of Windows 8 and other device platforms (Kindle, Nook, etc), it can be difficult to keep up!

Preview of The New TOPS GO!

So we are pleased to announce that we are reaching the final stages of development on our newest mobile platform: TOPS Go! (2.0) As the number of available platforms has progressively increased, this new version of our mobile program is device independent - built to work on any platform, including iOS, Android, Windows 8, even your Mac or PC desktop!

Alongside other improvements, the new TOPS Go! will include a new map-based navigation. With this new interface, finding and performing an inspection is easier than ever before - the inspection practically runs itself!

We are giving a sneak preview of the new TOPS Go! at the CAMfire Conference in Las Vegas in September. (The feedback from customers who saw it at CAMfire in St Petersburg FL last month was overwhelmingly enthusiastic!)

The new version of TOPS Go! is in the final stages of development, and we expect to have it available for release to customers by the end of 2014. Any customers currently using TOPS Go! will automatically be eligible to receive the new version.

To accommodate any number of devices or connections to the cloud-based data, the new TOPS Go! will also feature a new pricing method. This will allow you to connect an unlimited number of devices to your TOPS data without restrictive pricing.

Contact your Account Executive to discuss the new pricing, or to get started on implementing TOPS Go! in your organization today.
