TOPS Training March 2019

    TOPS offers software training webinars every month. These webinars run every Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm EST.

    Every client is eligible to sign up for training webinars. There is no limit to how many you can attend, or how many people from your office can join.


    March Training Webinars:

     

     TOPS Pro: Unlimited Flex Data- March 6 @ 1PM EST 

    TOPS Professional:

    Eve DuBose, our Customer Success Consultant with over 15 years of experience with TOPS, will be going over the Unlimited Flex Data option in TOPS Professional on Wednesday, March 6th.

    This option can be found in the Owners module which allows you to add customized data fields to your owner records. Defining field definitions, organizing data, and report features are also going to be reviewed.

    TOPS [ONE]: Adding Custom Field and Filters in TOPS [ONE] - March 13 @ 1PM EST

    Join Alec Patterson, our Implementation Coordinator, on Wednesday March 13th, for his webinar on creating and using Custom Fields.

    Custom Fields can be used to keep track of just about anything in TOPS [ONE]. After they are created, you can customize your owner and property page with the newly created fields.

    Meet our Professional Services Consultant, Deborah White, on Wednesday, March 20th as she goes over Collection Process option in       TOPS [ONE].

    TOPS Pro: CC&R Batch Processing - March 27 @ 1PM EST

    Join Alec Patterson, on Wednesday, March 27th, to go over Batch CC&R Processing. 

    This course is designed to help students understand how to utilize the batch violation features effectively, including creating batch violations, printing batch letters, and closing violations in batches.
