    TOPS offers software training webinars every month. These webinars run every Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm EST.

    Every client is eligible to sign up for training webinars. There is no limit to how many you can attend, or how many people from your office can join.

     TOPS [ONE] Accrual Accounting - AR vs GL Reconciling- Feb. 6 @ 1PM EST

    Eve DuBose, our Customer Success Consultant with over 15 years of experience with TOPS, will go over reconciling your Accounts Receivable and General Ledger on Wednesday, February 6th.

    Making sure that your AR & GL are always reconciled can easily be done using reports found in our Standard Reports section. Find out which reports to use by registering for our webinar below.

    TOPS [ONE]: Creating and Uploading Letter Templates- Wednesday, Feb. 13 @ 1PM EST

    Join Alec Patterson, our Implementation Coordinator, on Wednesday Feb. 13th, as he goes over templates in TOPS [ONE].

    This course will walk you through the necessary steps when it comes to creating and uploading a template to your template Market Place. **Word 2013 or later is required to use the Merge Code Manager app needed to edit templates.**

    TOPS Professional: CC&R - Part 1: Setup and Using Form letters Wednesday, Feb. 20 @ 1PM EST

    Meet our Professional Services Consultant, Deborah White, on Wednesday, Feb. 20th for the first part of her CCR webinar. 

    The first course in our series, “CCR/ACC Enforcement Setup,” will define processes and setup procedures for the CCR/ACC Enforcement module.
