TOPS Training April

    TOPS offers software training webinars every month. These webinars run every Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm EST.

    Every client is eligible to sign up for training webinars. There is no limit to how many you can attend, or how many people from your office can join.

    This month is Accounting April! All month, our Professional Services Consultant, Deborah White, will be going over the basics for the accounting side for TOPS [ONE]. The segments will be broken up as shown below!

    TOPS [ONE]: Introduction to Accounts Receivable - April. 3rd @ 1PM EST

    Get started with our Accounts Receivable webinar. This session will focus on navigating through: charges, invoices & statements, cash receipts, adjustments and collections. Attendees will learn how to apply charges, late fees and interest; post manual cash receipts; create adjustments and review activity.

    TOPS [ONE]: Introduction to Accounts Payable  - April 10 @ 1PM EST

    Join Deborah White in her 2nd part of Accounting April, on April 10th. She will focus on navigating through: General ledger set up, Accounts Payable checks, vendors, entering bills and making payments. Attendees will learn how to enter bills, process checks, manage recurring payables and review activity.

    TOPS [ONE]: Introduction to General Ledger - April 17 @ 1PM EST

    Sign up for our General Ledger webinar on April 17th. This session will focus on navigating through: GL setup - COA, Fund balance, etc.; community setup; journal entries, budgets and audit logs. Attendees will learn how to add and delete COAs, Add funds, Creating budgets and Managing journal entries

    TOPS [ONE]: Introduction to Banking - April 24 @ 1PM EST

    During the final segment to this series, Deborah White will focus on navigating through: Adding Banks and new accounts. Attendees will learn how to add accounts, designate a primary bank, create digital signatures and complete check reconciliation.
