TOPS [ONE] 3.2.2.4 Update

    The TOPS [ONE] development team is adding multiple new additions and updates to the platform today.

    The following new releases will be live in TOPS [ONE] today. As a web-based product, there is no action for TOPS [ONE] users to take. Your TOPS [ONE] platform will automatically be updated in the cloud.

    Here's what's new:

    General

    System

    • Transaction Review
      • All transaction types now have an option to delete in the actions menu on their review pages

    Portfolio

    Banks

    • Add Bank Account
      • Resolved an issue where bank accounts could be saved without filling out required fields (ID, Name)

    Properties

    • Owner Activity Feed
      • Resolved issue where comments and tasks were not appearing on an owner's feed

    • Owner Profiles
      • Cleaned up some overlap in the UI for multiple resolutions
      • The balance KPI will now reflect transactions dated in the future
      • Added a 'Due Date' field when generating an individual owner statement

    Accounting

    Accounts Receivable

    • Cash Receipts
      • When changing the distributions, the code and total balances will now update to properly reflect a user's changes

    Accounts Payable

    • Activity Profile
      • The primary bank balance KPI will now correctly display a negative bank balance when applicable

    General Ledger

    • Bank Reconciliation
      • Resolved an issue with reconciliation data not accounting for all valid transactions

    Management

    Work Order

    • Work Order Profile
      • Resolved issue when trying to print work order's with a PDF in the attachment gallery

    Output

    Reports

    • Check Register
      • The 'Account' column will now display the paid invoices associated expense account(s)

    Automation

    Schedule New Job

    • Validation File
      • Resolved issue when scheduling a validation file where none of the 'Permitted Days' were selected
