    The Jan 31st deadline to file 1099's is approaching, don't be late!

    1099's are forms required by the IRS for vendors who have received over $600 in payments from your association. After the 1099 forms have been purchased (make sure to get the forms bundled with the software) use the exported data from TOPS [ONE] to generate the required forms. Click here to learn more about exporting the 1099 data.
