    Do your Templates Spark Joy?

    Templates are used for most of the communication throughout your TOPS [ONE] experience. CCR notices, statements, collection letters, and even the templates for the vendors' checks rest in your hands. With the help of Word and our Merge Code Manager, you can customize the style and content of your notices, all while making each letter seem unique. This article will give you information on creating and uploading templates. 

     

    Get your Board Members on a Role

    Board Members can teeter the lines between homeowners and a full-blown member of your team. Because the Board Members tend to have other full-time jobs, they need to make sure they can pull financial reports on the go. Thanks to TOPS [ONE], they can! But, they may not need access to the community's banking information, or maybe there are custom fields that only internal employees should see.     The Owner Portal is where homeowners can check balances, Work Order & Service Requests, and even pay their dues online. Each homeowner is required to register with an email address before they can log in. It's fairly common for people, present party included, to have more emails than they can keep track of. So what happens if an owner registers with an incorrect email? Or if they need to update the email?  No need to reach out to the Support team for help. Just click the Unregister button to have them start the enrollment process anew. 

     

    Custom isn't Custom; it's Standard.

    Thanks to Custom Fields, you have the power to keep track of any data needed. Need to keep track of Vehicle tag number? Check. Pet information and vaccination information? No worries, you can make a custom field for that, too. Now that you have all this data, you have to make sure that you can keep track of it in an organized way.
