The breakout sessions were invaluable because it gave everyone a real chance to find out how other users did things with the system.
I am a new TOPS user. I found the conference to be very helpful on covering an array of subjects. Since we are HUGE users of tech support, I really enjoyed being able to put faces with the names of people that I've talked to. That seemed to make it more personal than your typical conference. I was very impressed with the demo on the upcoming software. Great job by the entire TOPS staff!
Getting the information on the new updates. I am really excited over some of the upcoming features TOPS will offer.
Meeting people from TOPS and people from different management companies all over the US. Being able to have questions answered on a one on one basis.
The new "tricks" session. Sometimes we get so busy working daily that we can't take time to see what's come in during an update. In addition, it was an absolute pleasure meeting all of the TOPS staff.
In general it was a great conference and I learned a lot of helpful facts. Please continue to have more!
