producers of an online payment portal specifically designed for
this industry, to provide our customers with a simple and secure
solution for online payments. Following are some of the key features
of Online Payments:
- Conveniently available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and
provides owners with numerous payment options, including E-checks,
Visa, and MasterCard.
- Owners can choose to make a one-time payment, or schedule a
recurring automatic payment of association dues from their checking
account or credit card.
- There are no personal guarantees, minimum number of transactions,
or minimum monthly dollar amounts required; does not require that
you switch banks or use any service other than online payments
with TOPS Community Web Sites.
- Financial information is stored on a secured server with Secured
Socket Layer (SSL) protection, transactions are encrypted with
a 128bit level encryption, owner accounts are protected by a unique
user name and password that they define when they first connect
to the service.
- Each day your designated administrator will receive an email
notification of cleared transactions; simply follow a link to
download a lockbox file, and import the data into TOPS v3.2.1™.
