When homeowners call, log their requests in the Service Requests feature:
Upgrade any Service Request to a Work Order, and assign the work to a vendor or maintenance employee. Allow an approval code to be set to indicate the service request reviewer.
Keep track of all actions, messages and notes related to a ticket in the activity history - appears on the service request, work order ticket, on the vendor record, and on the associated property or facility record.
Not every request you receive is the association's responsibility. With Service Requests, you can assign an employee to inspect the location and determine responsibility.
