The TOPS [ONE] development team is adding multiple new additions and updates to the platform today.
The following new releases will be live in TOPS [ONE] today. As a web-based product, there is no action for TOPS [ONE] users to take. Your TOPS [ONE] platform will automatically be updated in the cloud.
Here's what's new:
Activity Feed - Fixed an issue with activity feeds throughout the application showing an inconsistent number of items (instead of six per page)
User Setup - Resolved a display issue with the welcome walkthrough for new users.
Activity Feed - Community or portfolio wide activity feeds will no longer display each and every individual document item, when that group was processed as a batch. Instead, only the batch details will display, as intended.
Activity Feed - Fixed an issue where links to payments that had been backed out would lead to the wrong transaction
Roles – Extensive updates have been made to the security permissions for user roles. In general, security has been strengthened throughout all the categories available. Additionally, a button has been added explaining the details of each permission:
Export Statements – We've added a new statement format for partner Optimal Outsource. You can find this new format under the Actions menu on the community profile:
Checks - Corrected a grammatical error that appeared on checks when there was a zero (0) in the hundreds place in the long form text value.
Chart of Accounts – Obsolete, accidental or inactive accounts may now be deleted from the General Ledger's Chart of Accounts! In order to be eligible to be deleted, an account must meet the following criteria:
No existing transactions
The account is not a required account (located in Community > Accounting Setup)
The account is not tied to any codes (Assessment, Violations, etc.)
To delete an account, select ‘Edit’ from the Actions menu on the Chart of Accounts page. An ‘X’ will appear to the right of the balance information:
Account Ranges - Resolved an issue that allowed users to create overlapping/duplicate account ranges.
Sorting – Sorting has been added to the following reports! (More to come in future updates):
Aged Owner Balance Report
Balance Sheet Report
Income Statement Report
Report Packages - Report packages will now save with the correctly entered date. Dates will need to be re-entered and saved again
Merge Codes – The <<TotalAmountDue>> and <<StatementAsOfDate> codes should now pull based on the appropriate date for General Letters and Collection Letters rather than a default one
