If you experience an issue with a backup that results in the secondary backup failing, contact Support for additional instructions. Compression Level is the setting that allows you to determine how much the backups are compressed before uploading to the backup servers. While High compression is recommended to reduce the size of backups and the time required to upload files, older systems may experience reduced performance during backup. It is recommended that backups be done overnight with all other programs closed to optimize the process. Log OffLog Off allows you to close your session with Internet Backup, keeping the Log In window active. ExitExit logs you out and closes the Internet Backup Files and Folders system.
