The
owner database is the focal point of TOPS On-Site™ . In this module,
owner information is maintained for reference to other TOPS On-Site™
modules. The owner database can track information about owners,
tenants, and previous homeowners. There are five major sections
in the owner database:
- Maintain Owners
- Maintain Officers
- Form Letters
- Reports and Labels
- Community Control
You can maintain the owner/resident information including names,
mailing addresses, settlement dates, move out (or lease
termination) dates, mailing label controls, delinquency
correspondence controls, accelerated assessment control and
flexible data fields.
Maintain Owners
The maintain owner window allows you to add, update, and
remove owners and properties. Each owner record stores a wealth of
information. TOPS On-Site™ tracks every action that has been
performed on an owner record. |

Maintain Officers
TOPS On-Site™ pro-vides a very simple way to track
community officers. Simply select a officer category, or
make your own. Next, add the officer's information, or use
the owner browser to find an existing owner. TOPS On-Site™
automatically fills in all of the contact fields! |

Form Letter
The form letter function of TOPS On-Site™ stores
letters in a WYSIWYG interface, allowing advanced text
formatting and
graphics to be added to your custom form letters. A simple
right click acti-vates the merge codes list, allowing you
to hide and display available codes on a whim. |

Owner Reports
TOPS On-Site™ pro-vides an option to print a wide
variety of reports based on stored owner information. TOPS
On-Site™
makes it a snap to print a range of addresses by selecting
the range of homes, or the section/building op-tion. |
