Use the CC&R main-tenance window to man-age CC&R violations. View all violations, or violations by a selected owner.

CC&R Images

Digital pictures of a violation or approved change may be stored in the CC&R violation record, and may even be printed in a letter or report.

CC&R Violation Actions

Quickly locate all vio-lations with actions scheduled (such as let-ters to be printed, or referral to an attorney) through the easy vio-lation action screen reporting.

CC&R Codes

Each CC&R violation, or ACC record type is signified by a code. Assigned to this code is a general or user-defined series of action levels which may have fees and/or letters attached to them. Default settings may be defined to speed data entry.

The CC&R module will automatically follow these steps to help you generate the necessary letters and collections in a timely manner.
