Lockbox Address
A new option, Lockbox Address, has been added to Owner, Control
Info. This provides a third address that may be specified for a
community's lockbox and/or coupon payments. These new address fields
have been added as merge codes in Form Letter, and may also be included
in bills and coupons.

How to Correct a Misspelled
Street Name
To fix a misspelled street name go to Owner, Maintain, and select
one of the wrong addresses, and then click Property Information.
Once there, click the down arrow by street name and on the bottom
left you will see the edit street name function. Choose the street
with the wrong name, make the change, and when it asks if you want
to change all owners with that name click yes. TOPS will automatically
change all of the addresses using that street name without affecting
any of the histories.
