CC&R Batches Feature
Entering hundreds of similar violations separately is now a thing
of the past with the new CC&R Batches feature. This feature
allows you to create a re-usable violation template, that can be
implemented across your portfolio to create multiple violation records
at one time.
To apply the same violation to multiple homes in a property, click
CC&R Batches, and create a new violation template. This template
will provide the boilerplate for each violation of this type that
you create. Once you have created the template, click Next to select
the community in which the violations occurred. Select the violation
code from that community's CC&R Codes that applies to this violation
type.
Now you may select the homes to which this violation applies by
simply placing a checkmark in the box. From here, you can choose
to generate the violation letters, apply charges, and save the records.
Finally, you can end the process to print letters, and choose to
apply the same template to another community to create additional
violation records of the same type.

across all of your communities. To perform a mass print for all
violations in your community portfolio, click CC&R, Violation
Actions, and choose Batch Letters. Select the desired communities
from the list, define a Cut-off Date and choose whether to print
the next action only or all scheduled actions.
If you wish to see a print preview or print a copy of the Batch
CC&R Violation Action Report, Click the View menu and make sure
that the Print Preview Collection Action option is checked.
