About Support Agreements
When new customers purchase TOPS v3.2.1™, they receive thirty
(30) days of toll-free technical support. After the initial thirty
(30) day period, a Maintenance Support Agreement may
be purchased from TOPS Software under several affordable plans.
These plans entitle customers to the following support features:
NOTE: Existing customers upgrading to TOPS v3.2.1™ will continue their current support plan.
Available Support Plans
Premium Support
- Receive updates to TOPS programs, version 3.x, as they are released
each year to keep your version of TOPS current as new and improved
features are released.
- Internet Updater available for regular updating of software
and distribution of new features.
- Unlimited telephone support is included to answer questions
and problems with TOPS.
- Get priority handling of your technical support issues, typically
within 45 minutes of your call.
- There is no limit or additional charges for this support plan.

Multiple Communities
- Receive updates to TOPS programs, version 3.x, as they are released
each year to keep your version of TOPS current as new and improved
features are released.
- Internet Updater available for regular updating of software
and distribution of new features.
- Receive up to 60 minutes of telephone support time each month
to answer questions and problems with TOPS.
- Support time over the 60 minute limit is charged per minute
for the time actually spent.
- For overages, there is no call minimum charge for this support
plan.
- Networks - An additional charge is assessed monthly to support
network problems affecting TOPS.

Single Community

Pay Per Incident
Should you elect not to purchase a Maintenance Support Agreement,
you may still receive support at a charge per call. Support must
be paid via major credit card at the time of the call.
Program updates are available at an additional cost as well. Prices
vary depending on the update. If upgrading to a new version, you
may be required to purchase previous updates to convert your software
to the current version.
