TOPS is dedicated and passionate about supporting their customers. From day one, TOPS' expert staff is there to answer any questions you may have related to the use of our property management software. The target of TOPS support staff is to enable their customers to operate the software easily and seamlessly.

Throughout the Customer Care Center, you will find an array of program updates and support items. TOPS encourages its customers to contact customer support online or over the phone as needed.

TOPS' Premium Support entitles you to:

  • 45 minute guaranteed response to your calls – unlike our competitors we gauge our response time in minutes, not days or hours!

  • Program updates and enhancements – and in case you're wondering, we put out several hundred changes every year!

  • Online help files - accessible through the Customer Care Center

  • Remote Access Support – for those really tricky issues!

  • Online Case Submission – accessible through the Customer Care Center

 

SUPPORT METHODS

Customer Care Center - TOPS' 24/7 Support Super Center!

Customers with an active Maintenance Support Agreement may access our Online Support Center any time. The Online Support center allows customers to review a full history of their support accounts, including open tickets, searchable ticket history complete with support tech resolutions, support account information, and our Support Knowledge Base which contains extensive help, including how to topics, frequently asked questions, error response, support topics, best practice tips, and more!

If you have an active MSA, complete the online support request form to contact our Technical Support Department with your request, and we will be happy to respond within 1 business day.  Email support right here!

Toll Free Support

The TOPS Technical Support Department is just a phone call away!  Once you call in you have options, you can wait for the next available Support Team member (we try not to keep you waiting long!) or you can log a ticket with our friendly staff for a prompt call back.  We know you're busy, so we try to be both quick and flexible!

The VNC Connection allows us to connect to your system to troubleshoot problems you may encounter with TOPS.
