What It Is
WAD Ruler is a simple ruler utility that stays on
top of an open application, and yet allows you
to work in that application. Invaluable for programs that do not
contain rulers of their own.

The ruler covers the topmost and leftmost areas
of the monitor, displaying on top of the current program,
thus allowing you to continue to work in the current program.
Red Indicators inform you of the mouse cursor's position
at all times. |

Measure in relation to the top left edge of
the ruler, which may be moved. |

Select from a number of measurement units,
including centimeters, Inches, Picas, Points, Pixels and Twips. |

Install Instructions
Click the link above to initiate the download and
select Save to Disk from the pop up. Save the
file to any desired folder.
To run, open the folder in which the program was saved,
and double click the yellow ruler icon.
If you wish, you may make a shortcut to the program by following
these steps:
- Right Click on the desktop.
- Select New, Shortcut.
- Click Browse, and navigate to the folder where WAD Ruler is
stored.
- Double click WAD Ruler to create the shortcut.
- Enter a name for the shortcut
- Click OK.
