The ReadyResale wizard in TOPS v3.2.1™ is so easy to use, we
have provided you with a complete visual breakdown of the entire
setup process. As you will see from the images and descriptions
below, you can setup your entire ReadyResale operation in just two
or three minutes, less time than it will take you to read this page!

|
|
The ReadyResale wizard is accessible in TOPS v3.2.1™
from the File menu. This wizard need only be run one time
to establish a schedule for all of your data uploads.
You will need to enter your ReadyResale customer ID into
the field pictured above to link your data with your ReadyResale.com
account. |
|
 |
|
Select the communities you wish to upload. You can come
back to this screen later to see which owners/charge codes
have been set. |
|
 |
|
Select the owners whose data you wish to upload. Owners
who are not selected (management company owners, developers,
etc.) will not be uploaded to ReadyResale, but if an owner
record is selected, and a resale is performed on that property,
the new owner record will automatically be uploaded in it's
place. |
|
 |
Review, and if necessary, define the special
charge codes for each community. Regular charge codes are
automatically entered into the system--only special assessments
need to be defined. |
|
 |
All charge codes are automatically entered
into the system as regular, with the date due and delinquency
days pulled from TOPS v3.2.1™.
Special setup may be required for communities in which there
is an active special assessment or there has been a special
assessment and some homeowners still owe it. Simply identify
the TOPS charge table code that is being used for this Special
Assessment, so this amount can be broken out in the ReadyResale
upload. |
|
The Scheduler allows you to define when
uploads will be performed. You may choose to upload as much
or as little as you like. The TOPS Scheduler is sophisticated
enough to know if your computer was turned off or offline
at the time of the scheduled upload, and will initiate an
upload at the next available opportunity. |
|
Once the wizard has been completed, you
may perform an immediate upload, or close the program and
allow the TOPS Scheduler to perform the task when it is next
scheduled. |
