TOPS v3.2.1™ Global Module

The Global module of TOPS v3.2.1™ allows you to define global settings for TOPS v3.2.1™. This is a required module for portfolio managers who need to perform functions for multiple communities. The Global Module consists of the following features:

• Global Owner Search - Search across all communities to locate owners by name, street address, or A/R Check Number.
• Global Reports - Compile global data and print reports that apply to all communities or a range of communities. Lookup mode provides a drill down search on multiple communities.
• Community Officer Labels - Print Labels for Board and Committee
  members in all of your communities.
• Lockbox Processing - Process payments received from your Bank’s Lockbox or from Online Payments.
• Scan Payments using the optional MICR check scanning interface.
  Direct Debit (ACH) - Automatically withdraw monthly funds from
  owners’ bank accounts through the Direct Debit interface.
• Global AP - Enter bills quickly across multiple communities, post, and then print checks using the optional MICR Check Printing feature.
• Form Letter Manager - Share form letters among multiple communities to quickly create and update customized merge letters.
