For gated, guarded communities, one of the more difficult tasks
to manage is maintaining gate security. The TOPS v3.2.1™ Gate
Security module allows you to easily track cars entering and exiting
your community. This module is available in stand-alone mode to
use when not connected to the network.
The Gate Security module in TOPS v3.2.1™ allows you to track
gated community access by a guard house, or pedestrian access by
a reception desk. The gate security module offers the following
features:
- Track owners’ vehicles and visitors coming into the community
based on the owner they are visiting.
- Search cars based on owner name, car color, make, model, tag
number, or year of the visiting car.
- Easily add visitor data and print passes for long-term visitors.
Restrictions may easily be set for certain individuals. You may
even define the required fields for visitor admittance.
- Track vehicles and maintain a visitor log history, which can
be printed.
- Setup permanent and temporary community visitors for use by
an attended guard gate/station.
- Generate a number of helpful reports, to quickly and easily
get a printout of all vehicles, residents, or visitors. Each of
the reports may be sorted in a number of ways.
- Manage multiple guard gates with individualized access controls.
Define gates and generate keys to allow guards to use TOPS Guard
Gate.
- Install TOPS Guard
Gate in your gate houses to provide guards a simple, easy
to use, limited feature interface. Guards using TOPS Guard Gate
may search for and/or add visitors and vehicles, set timestamps,
and print passes.
