With the TOPS Mobile Manager interface, you and your staff can
roam your communities without the need for bulky clipboards and
printed reports. Instead of writing notes, and spending costly hours
entering new data into TOPS, you can enter that data directly into
your PDA or touch screen smart phone while you are on site, then
simply sync the data from the device to your TOPS program and viola!
It's all there.
The TOPS Mobile Manager interface provides you with the following
features:
- Community Selector: Store as many communities
as you wish, regardless of community size. The only limitation
is the memory in your unit. TOPS Mobile Manager may also be installed
to the mobile device's memory card.
- Owner Information: Use to view owner property
information and owner AR balance stored in TOPS.
- Quick Reference: View a quick list of all of
the homes on a street, and view the number of CC&R violations,
Work Orders, and Service Requests. Quick jump to any of these
sections.
- CCR Violations: Access existing CC&R violation
records for any home, or add one. CC&R fields correspond to TOPS
by tracking violation codes, status, notes, and actions to take.
Use your camera enabled mobile device take pictures and attach
them to the record in the field.
- Architectural Requests: Access ACC records
for any home, or add one. ACC records are accessible via the CC&R
module. Fields correspond to TOPS by tracking approval status,
notes, actions taken, and actions to take. Use your camera enabled
mobile device take pictures and attach them to the record in the
field.
- Work Orders: Pull or create work orders for
a selected home. Fields correspond to TOPS by tracking types,
vendor assignations, authorization codes, location links, and
notes. Use your camera enabled mobile device take pictures and
attach them to the record in the field.
- Service Requests: View or create service requests
for the selected home using this section. Fields correspond to
TOPS by tracking types, authorization codes, location links, and
notes. Use your camera enabled mobile device take pictures and
attach them to the record in the field.
- Vehicle Information: Ideal for use by guards
in a gated community. Guards can walk through a parking lot and
check the license plates of suspicious looking vehicles with their
hand held organizer.
- Vendor Information: Quickly access vendor information
to make a phone call, visit, or select a vendor for work order
assignation.
TOPS Mobile Manager is available for mobile devices running the
following Operating Systems: Windows® Pocket PC 2003, Windows® Mobile
5.0 for Pocket PC Phone with Touch Screen, Windows® Mobile 6 Professional
for Phones with Touch Screen, and Windows® Mobile 6 Classic non-phone
PDAs.
