If you have more than one bank account, or managed community, you've probably lived this scenario: Each check run you do you need to change the checks in the printer. If anything goes wrong-- bad print job or forgotten checks in the printer tray, you have to void each check and start all over again.

Not with the MICR Check Printing System! Now you can use magnetic ink to print 100% legal checks on blank check stock*! Simply insert the blank check stock into the printer tray, and print your checks from TOPS, for as many communities as you need. It's that easy!

Since the MICR Check printing system is integrated into TOPS v3.2.1™, your books are automatically updated as soon as checks are printed. Just as with any checks printed from TOPS v3.2.1™, if printing fails for any reason, you have the option to not post the printed checks, and try again. And since you are printing on blank check stock, you will not have to worry about voiding numbers for checks that were misprinted!

What the MICR Check printing system gives you is freedom from having to have bank account numbers and community information printed for each association you manage, and then having to switch paper in the printer for each set of checks you print.

MICR Check Printing works with the Global AP functionality of our Global module to allow you to print all approved checks for all communities with one click of the mouse.

MICR Check Printing works with our Digital Signature program to allow you to print signatures directly on the checks! No more chasing after company officers and traveling to board member's houses to get checks signed on time!

*NOTE: This system does require preprinted graphics on the blank check stock (such as boxes for amounts,column headings, graphical shading, etc. Please check our Suppliers page for vendors who can supply the correct blank check stock.
