TOPS Software Opens a New Office In Phoenix

Gaithersburg, MD -- March 15, 2006

TOPS Software announced today the opening of a new office in Phoenix, Arizona. The new office, located at 2702 North 3rd Avenue Suite 2040 in Phoenix, is part of TOPS Software's expansion plan to better support customers in the western region of the United States.

Bruce Gran, newly promoted Vice President, will be responsible for overseeing TOPS' operations in this office. Chris Layton, formerly Executive Director of the Central Arizona Chapter of the Community Associations Institute will be joining the Phoenix office as a Sales Associate.

David Black, principal of DAB Enterprises, LLC, has accepted the position of Corporate Trainer. David is a longstanding member of TOPS Software's third party dealer and trainer program. In his capacity as Corporate Trainer for TOPS Software, he has been tasked with providing TOPS customers with new customer orientation training, on-site customer training, development of Internet-based training programs, and customer setup and conversions.
