TOPS Software announces the promotion of Bruce Gran to Corporate Vice President of SalesGaithersburg, MD -- February 1, 2006 Jeffrey S. Hardy, President of TOPS Software, today announced the promotion of Bruce Gran to the position of corporate Vice President effective immediately. Bruce has many years of experience in the Condo/HOA industry where he helped found and is still part owner of a successful management company--which was his first exposure to TOPS. He evaluated management software and selected TOPS over 15 years ago, then used TOPS to build his successful management business. Bruce holds a number of industry designations from CAI, with the most prestigious being the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)--there are less than 1000 PCAM's in the entire country. His industry knowledge and credentials have made him a CAI resource as he has been asked to become one of their national instructors. So in addition to his duties at TOPS Software, he will also be teaching CAI sanctioned courses and subject matter to property managers and management company CEO's.
Bruce joined TOPS in 2000 as Director of Sales, he will continue to oversee sales and travel to do trade shows, and in his new position he will also take a more active roll in the operation of the company and the direction of future software development. Bruce will be joining Ryan Allen, Ki Han and Nancy Garner as a corporate officer.
