TOPS Software Terminates CondoCerts.com Interface

Gaithersburg, MD -- Oct 18, 2005

Jeffrey S. Hardy, President of TOPS Software, today announced that they have exercised their contractual rights to terminate their business relationship with CondoCerts.com. This action was taken due to the failure of CondoCerts.com to release a reliable, working online resale disclosure service for use by TOPS customers. "TOPS Software reluctantly took this action, but we must put the best interest of our customers first," said Jeff Hardy.

TOPS Software will no longer offer a data interface to CondoCerts.com. After expending considerable resources working with CondoCerts.com for more than two years on a data interface, it was decided that the company could no longer continue with a project that was continually being delayed by causes outside TOPS’ control. Because of these continual delays, TOPS Software has terminated its contract with CondoCerts.com.

Online resale disclosure services offer an excellent time-saving potential for our customers. TOPS is currently working with two providers of this valuable service:

• GetDocsNow – GetDocsNow.com will be available soon to TOPS customers in several states. For more information, visit their web site at www.getdocsnow.com or call 800-353-2939.

We highly recommend either of these providers, both companies are ready to work with TOPS Software customers.

Until CondoCerts.com presents a viable solution for our customers, we must remove their interface from TOPS Software and recommend that our customers look elsewhere for an online resale disclosure service.
