TOPS Software Announces Opening of South Florida Office

November 2, 2002 - Gaithersburg, Maryland:

Property Management Systems, Inc., makers of TOPS Software, announced the opening of a new office in South Florida today. The office is conveniently located in Lighthouse Point, Florida, in Broward County near Pompano Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. 

Bruce Gran, Director of Sales for TOPS Software, is very excited about the opening of the new office. “South Florida is one of the most saturated locations in the nation for the community association industry, so we feel that this new office will be perfectly situated to serve the industry.” Bruce will be responsible for managing the new office, and he has big plans for the space. “We intend to include conference space and possibly training facilities in the office to better serve both our potential and current clients.”

This is the third office that Property Management Systems, Inc. has opened. The company will continue to maintain their technical support office in Clearwater, Florida, and their corporate office in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The company has focused on software solutions for community management since 1985.
