TOPS Software to Release Job Streaming Add-On

November 01, 2002 - Gaithersburg, Maryland: 

Property Management Systems, Inc., makers of TOPS Software, the leading software for community association management, announced today that they would be releasing a new add-on for their property management software program, TOPS 2000™. The new program, Job Streaming, will be available in TOPS 2000™ version 3.1, which is scheduled for release mid-November 2002.

Job Streaming is designed for portfolio managers and management companies, and will allow users to automate repetitive processes to produce a significant time savings. Job streaming allows for customized automation of repetitive tasks such as the following:

• Printing Monthly Financial Packages
• Printing Owner or Officer Mailing Labels
• Processing Recurring Owner Charges
• Processing Late Fees
• Processing Interest
• Taking Collection Action on Delinquent Owners

The more associations in a portfolio, the more time savings can be realized. Instead of having to perform repetitive functions individually for each association, Job Streaming allows the user to perform such functions globally for several or all managed associations. Job Streaming can be run unattended during non-working hours for maximum productivity. Jobs can be setup with various parameters, saved so they can be used again, then started so they execute without further staff involvement. This flexibility is built in to meet the portfolio manager's needs.

Job Streaming is an add-on to TOPS 2000™, and requires the user to upgrade to the new version 3.1 to be functional. Job Streaming will be available November 2002.
