TOPS Software to Release New Version

October 01, 2002 - Gaithersburg, Maryland: 

Property Management Systems, Inc., makers of TOPS Software, announced today that they would be releasing a new version of their property management software program, TOPS 2000™. The new version, 3.1, is scheduled for release mid November. 

Version 3.1 is loaded with a number of new features, including the ability to manage rental properties, advanced General Ledger enhancements, Community Fact Sheets, and two brand new modules-Job Streaming and Web Backup. Additionally, a number of interfaces have been improved to make them user-friendlier. 

The new version is currently undergoing testing, and is scheduled for release November 15, 2002. The new version will be sent, via CD, to all current TOPS Software customers currently subscribed to receive support updates.
