TOPS Software Releases New Product

TOPS On-Site™ will help communities perform administrative funtions

February 20, 2002 - Gaithersburg, Maryland: 

Property Management Systems, Inc., makers of TOPS Software, announced today that they would be releasing a new product, TOPS On-Site™. TOPS On-Site™ is specifically designed for communities who need the many administrative functions that TOPS 2000™ has to offer, but do not need to perform any accounting processes. 

Property Management companies currently using TOPS 2000™ to manage communities will benefit from TOPS On-Site™ by having on site employees take over administrative tasks formerly done by main office personnel. The following modules are available in TOPS On-Site™:

• Owner Database
• CC&R Enforcement
• Work Order/Service Requests
• Gate Security
• Pool Pass

TOPS On-Site™ allows customers to purchase only those modules that they need. It can even communicate with TOPS 2000™ at the main office, to keep the management office and the on site office synchronized.
