TOPS Software to Release New Version

June 22, 2001 - Gaithersburg, Maryland: 

Property Management Systems, Inc., makers of TOPS Software, announced today that they would be releasing a new version of their property management software program, TOPS 2000™. The new version, 3.03, is scheduled for release July 31, 2001.

The new version of TOPS 2000™ is the most advanced version of TOPS 2000™ released to date. It accommodates for a large number of network, hardware, and software configurations for maximum compatibility. In addition to it's incredible stability, TOPS 2000™ version 3.03 introduces a number of new features to the TOPS user, including:

• Print to File for all reports

• Re-Print option for filed reports.

• Export reports to Excel, Word, or the Internet

• Form Letter improvements like merge code checker, print preview, and file importing

• Global Search now includes owner search, street search, and check number search across all properties managed

• How To features added to Help System
