TOPS Software to Release Palm™ Interface

February 01, 2001 - Gaithersburg, Maryland: 

Property Management Systems, Inc., makers of TOPS Software, announced today that they would be releasing a new interface for their property management software program, TOPS 2000™. The new interface, which works on both Palm™ Pilot and Windows® CE hand held organizers, is currently in the Beta test stage, and is scheduled for release February 15, 2001.

The TOPS 2000™ Hand Held Organizer Interface (called HHO Interface) synchronizes with TOPS 2000™ to give property managers access to key information while doing field inspections. The information provided includes home and owner contact info, vendor and contractor info, CC&R violations, architectural requests, work orders, service requests, vehicle information, and pool passes. The interface synchronizes this data with TOPS 2000™ to allow easy updates between the field and the office.

The HHO Interface is just one of the many new products in the line-up for TOPS Software. They recently added an integrated community web site service to their growing fold of modular add-ons. Future plans include stand-alone programs for guard gate security, a messaging database, and an interface to create custom reports in TOPS 2000™.

The HHO Interface is easy to navigate, and works in organizers with just 2MB of memory. The system requires TOPS 2000™ and may require some additional modules (such as CC&R and Work Order) to be fully utilized.
