New Internet Updater Released - 10/03
Tired of recieving a new CD every time an update is released? Confused by three versions of the same file you got in your email? Then you are going to LOVE the NEW Internet Updater! This program allows you to download the latest updates by connecting to our server and comparing a specified list of files and dates. You only get the files you need to update. There is no need to waste time downloading files for a module you don't even use! The Internet Updater is available from the Downloads section, or by choosing Check for New Web Files under the Internet menu in TOPS 2000™.

We have added a new Show Me Help topic, Using Report Defaults.

Manual Sections Added - 8/03
We have now added the Job Streaming, Email Functions, and Report Defaults manual sections to the User Manual Downloads page.

New User Manual Downloads - 8/03
Due to high demand, we have added a brand new section to our Support area that contains all of the user manual sections for TOPS Software products. New manual sections will be added here as they are updated. Currently, we have included all TOPS 2000™ manual section and all TOPS On-Site™ Manual Sections in the new User Manual Downloads page.

New "Show Me" Help - 8/03
We have added a brand new section to our Support area. "Show Me" Help are flash applets that show you how to perform difficult tasks in TOPS products. "Show Me" Help is being released in conjunction with out onTOPS Monthly E-zine. Each month, one or two new topics will be released via the e-zine. Check out our introductory installment, Setting up TOPS 2000™ to send an email to owners!

Promotions Galore! - 6/03
To support the recent growth and planned future growth of TOPS Software, several promotions were recently put into effect: Ryan Allen is promoted to Vice President of Technical Services, Wayne Drennen is promoted to Director of Programming, Carmen Wood is promoted to Technical Support Manager, and Andrea Drennen is promoted to Internet Services Manager. Congratulations and good luck to all of them!

The Snowbirds cometh... - 6/03
Our Clearwater office is growing! In the past month, Matt Hardy, Wayne Drennen and Andrea Drennen have all moved to the new office space in Clearwater, Florida.

Matt Hardy transfers to the Support Team - 5/03
Matt Hardy, longtime employee of TOPS Software, has moved from the programming team to the support team. Matt will continue to assist the programming team as needed, but his primary duties will be to provide customer support for the CC&R, Work Order, Gate Security and Pool Pass modules. Having assisted in the development of these modules, Matt is extremely well positioned to provide customer support for them.

We have a new employee on the support team! His name is Tony Mechas, and he is turning out to be an excellent addition to the support team.
