Our web site is getting bigger every day! A new addition

Richard Jenkins and Leslie Wright, our sales staff
in Clearwater, Florida, are moving on to greener pastures. Richard
and Leslie have worked for TOPS for the past year, and we offer
them best wishes in their new endeavors.
New Software in Downloads - 12/00
We have added a printable fact sheet describing the
Pool Pass module, and a new free utility, TOPS E-mail Checker, to
the downloads page. Place the
e-mail checker in your Windows Startup to continuously check for
new mail without stretching your system resources.
Version 3.02c Update Distributed - 11/00
TOPS 2000™ version 3.02c is now being distributed to existing
and new TOPS Software customers. This update contains a number of
new features and fixes to existing issues in TOPS 2000™. Be
sure to check out what's new in 3.02c.
Dorian Drossos Joins the Support Team - 11/00
Dorian Drossos joins our Clearwater, Florida office as a new Technical
Support Representative. Dorian comes to us with experience in TOPS
and in programming. Dorian will be performing technical support
for TOPS 2000™. Welcome, Dorian!

Julie Williams, our Technical Support Receptionist,
is moving on to greener pastures. Julie has worked hard for TOPS

Technical Support Moves to Florida - 10/00
Our technical support department, which was previously
split between the Maryland and Florida offices, has been consolidated
to the Clearwater, Florida office. Leading the team is Mike Furnia,
Manager of Technical Support.

Bruce Gran Joins the Sales Team - 10/00
Bruce Gran, a former TOPS Dealer, has joined the TOPS
Software team as the Director of Sales. Bruce will be heading up
the new New Sales division of our sales team. Please join
us in welcoming Bruce to the team!
Sales Department Splits - 10/00
Due to a number of excellent new products, TOPS sales
have grown exponentially in the past few months. To help keep up
with all of the new sales, and to provide current customers with
ongoing sales and upgrade needs, we have split the sales team into
two groups:
- New Sales now sells TOPS products to new clients. New
sales will be headed by a former TOPS dealer, Bruce Gran. Bruce's
title is Director of Sales. Bruce will be assisted by Holly Morris,
whose title has changed to National Sales Representative.
- Corporate Sales consists of account executives assigned
to assist current customers with their sales needs. Corporate
Sales will be headed up by Richard Jenkins, whose title is Director
of Corporate Sales. Richard will be assisted by Leslie Wright,
whose title has changed to Corporate Account Executive.

Page! Training was so popular, we have moved it from the support
section of the site. Check the link on the sidebar for this new
permanent addition to the site. Look for web training, and search

Getting Started Manual in TOPS 2000™

We have updated our TOPS 2000™ user manual! Check out the
new user manual under the help menu in the TOPS 2000™ property
management system. The manual and the quick start guide are stored
in portable document format, which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader
to view. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed,
you can find it on the TOPS 2000™ CD in the auto run
menu.

CSI has distinguished themselves as the first property management
company to sign up for a TOPS Web Site! Visit their site at www.condoserv.net.
CSI will now be able to sign up individual communities that they
manage, and automatically update owner data from TOPS 2000™
property management software to the Internet.

Palm Pilot a Hit! - 5/00
TOPS Software presented our new Palm Pilot utilities
at the recent CAI conference in Anaheim, California where it was
very well received. "The Palm Pilot [Interface] was the hit
of the show!" said Richard Jenkins, National Director of Sales
for TOPS Software. "Nobody else had anything like it."
Pool Pass to be Released - 4/00
The Pool Pass module for TOPS 2000™ will be released before
memorial day. The module includes all of the same great features
as the original, along with some exciting new abilities. In the
new Pool Pass, you will have the ability to design your own laminated
passes, complete with a picture of the assignee!
TOPS Community Web Sites - 4/00
We've all been waiting a long time for this modern
feature to come to property management, and now it is here! TOPS
Community Web Sites upload community data from TOPS to a predefined

Tops Software extends a welcome to Andrea Drennen,

TOPS Opens office in Clearwater, Florida - 3/00
Due to the high number of communities located in that
state, TOPS has recently opened a new office in Clearwater, Florida.
Our National Director of Sales, Richard Jenkins will be based there,
along with other support and sales staff.
