LLC has roots in the Property Management Industry that date
back to 1977. Our first product was created in response to a realized
need to automate the day to day business processing in the property
management office.
Since it’s inception, TOPS Software has been committed to
being a customer centric company, providing the Property Management
Industry with accounting-based software
for condominium and homeowner's association management, and
other business solutions built on a solid foundation using innovative
technologies.
As the Property Management Industry grew, revising its business
requirements, TOPS Software emerged as an industry leader by adapting
new technologies while at the same time quantifying the business
benefits to our customers and containing the costs associated with
