The TOPS News is a 12-page professionally printed newsletter produced quarterly by TOPS Software. The publication is currently produced in two colors, PMS Reflex Blue and black. Approximately 15% of available space is dedicated to advertisers.

Advertisers are billed on a quarterly basis following publication of the first appearance of their print ad. If for any reason a quarterly newsletter is not published, advertisers will not be billed.
