E-Zine Advertising Opportunities

Publication Information

The onTOPS email magazine is published monthly, and distributed via email. Advertising space is provided in a column on the left side of the article content. Ads are limited to text only on the email itself.

Each article in the Ezine email is limited to the first one or two paragraphs of the article. To read the rest of the article, readers must click a link to view the article on our web site, topssoft.com. This provides an additional advertising opportunity, as every article page contains an advertisement graphic that is randomly selected upon entry.

The Articles section of topssoft.com consists of over 300 articles, and is added to each month as new articles are published in the onTOPS Ezine and The TOPS News. Ads are displayed above the fold in a right side column of the site, and only one graphical ad is displayed per page. The ad display is randomly generated, so you’re your ad has an equal chance of being displayed on every article page, and when displayed, it will not compete with any other ads on the page. The ads are strictly limited to a pixel size of 100w by 200h, and may be animated or still.

Ad Pricing

• Text Ad in Ezine: No more than 30 words including contact information. $10 per month
• Graphical Ad in Articles: Animated or still, 100 pixels wide by 200 pixels tall. $35 per month
• Design Fee: To have a TOPS designer create your animated graphical ad, $100 one-time fee

Special Rates

Advertisers purchasing the Graphical ad option will receive the text Ezine ad free.

The minimum run for an Ezine ad or graphical articles ad is three months. Advertisers are billed on a quarterly basis.
