So many changes have been happening at TOPS at the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012. We are growing and expanding and laying down roots!

First, we are very pleased to announce that TOPS Software has purchased the building in which our Florida office is housed. We now own 1.7 acres of prime real estate in Clearwater, Florida! This is the two-story office building overlooking a small lake in which TOPS currently occupies the second floor. We are looking forward to the opportunity to grow and expand into the offices on the first floor. Of course, the ladies in the office are much more excited about the first project TOPS is undertaking as building owners – renovating the bathrooms!

In addition to our exciting location news, we also have had a number of staff changes we can’t wait to tell you about...

A few days ago, the South Florida HOA Examiner column published part one of an interview with TOPS' President, Jeff Hardy. Today, they published part two, an article entitled 'The TOPS Software system is on 'TOP' of the Condo/HOA industry'.

This article talks about how TOPS has been successful to date, and then looks to the future of the Community Association Management industry, and how TOPS intends to meet that future.

Sinclaire's column, HOA Examiner, explores the HOA industry and items of interest to HOA professionals and members in the area.
