A new patch was pushed to the Internet Updater for TOPS Professional this morning, in which we give some much needed love to the Form Letter and Job Streaming modules. We have also decided to hold off on the release of TOPS Professional 4.1 with AP invoice attachments until further testing can be completed. In the meantime, enjoy today's patch, which contains a large number of corrections to the Form Letter and a couple of significant updates to the Job Streaming module. Patch 12-2b for TOPS OnPoint was updated today. In it, we have incorporated several exciting efficiencies that you've been waiting for! First off, users that get a coffee while waiting for the login to be processed might be disappointed because we've optimized the login screen to improve the processing speed significantly. Chrome users will also be excited to learn that they can now add CC&R records without issue. in CC&R we've added a new "Take Next Action" option to the list views in CC&Rs By Home, Violations and Architectural. This option works similarly to the feature on the CC&R Dashboard. Simply check to select a range of records on the list view, and click Take Next Action to automatically print the letter for that record. There's more in this week's update. Our Accounts Receivable module received some much needed love today with some exciting new (and often requested) features. The main impetus for these changes was the passage of Nevada Law NRS 116. This law requires that fines and violations have an AR ledger and history that is independant from other AR charges, and that interest on these charges is delayed, and does not begin calculating until a 60 day period has passed. A large update has been released for TOPS OnPoint this week!
This release includes a large number of updates and new features. We have combed through the software and updated a number of pages to make them more user friendly, and consistent with the whole product. We have also added a number of fun new features such as multiple simultaneous logins for users, mailing labels option for all letters, new custom options for Architectural Requests, new address grids, and two brand new sub modules in Communities.
The list below the cut is a sneak preview of the features that are included on the update. The full list is on the OnPoint website. To get this update, simply log in to your TOPS OnPoint! Because it is an online product, there is nothing you need to do. All of your files are automatically updated.
