I decided for my first class of the day to sit in on the TOPS Go! class, taught by Nicole Beal. The class was very informative, both from the training content, and the Q&A session at the end. This is one of the new classes that has been added to the TOPS training subscription, and I highly recommend that you check it out for the full content. TOPS GO!, an Android™ application for smart phones and tablets, is now available for all TOPS Professional 4.0 users. TOPS GO! empowers managers by keeping them connected to their TOPS Professional system no matter where they are. Through TOPS GO! one can perform inspections, write work orders, add notes, access up to date owner information, contact vendors, and so much more. Say goodbye to your yellow legal pad and inefficient double entry of data and say "hello" to TOPS GO!.

Mike Hardy, Vice President of Sales for TOPS Software, has written an article that appears in the Winter issue of  Visions Magazine, published by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).  TOPS Software regretfully announces that a year-long collaboration with Tracer Pro has ended. The partnership was formed to allow the Tracer Pro mobile applications access to the TOPS databases. A meeting yesterday between executives at TOPS and Tracer Pro culminated in an agreement that the partnership be dissolved.

Mike Hardy, Vice President of Sales at TOPS had this to say on the matter: "Tracer Pro is a good company with good people, but unfortunately this partnership was not successful. We wish them the best of luck."

TOPS will continue to provide support for existing customers using the current Tracer Pro plugin for TOPS Professional. However, any customers purchasing Tracer Pro after notification will not be elligible for support from TOPS Software. Future enhancements to Tracer Pro programs will also not be elligible for support by TOPS support technicians.
