Holiday Themes! Everyone is asking for 'em! The holiday season doesn't truly begin until you have them! And we are happy to deliver! This year we have 5 brand new holiday themes for you:
Download Polar Express theme for TOPS Professional
Download Victorian Village theme for TOPS Professional
Download Santa Cutie theme for TOPS Professional
Download Hanukkah Blessings theme for TOPS Professional
Download New Year Celebration theme for TOPS Professional
You can download the themes individually above or, If one just isn't enough, here is a package containing all of this month's themes together: 2011 Holiday Themes.
To install themes, simply extract the attached zip file to the THEMES folder of your *Local* TOPS directory (C:\TOPS or C:\TOPSSoftware). To apply one of the new themes, open TOPS, click Customize > Themes and select the name of the theme you wish to use, or select Random Theme to have a different theme every time you log in.
This is a continuation in a series of new themes being released. These themes are web-exclusive content. If you would like to see and download the other themes that have been released in this series so far, click THEMES in the tag list below.
Please note that all themes are offered free of charge for personal enjoyment. Copyrighted materials such as background images or icon images used are the property of their respected creators and no infringement is intended on the part of TOPS Software.

Cannot download the themes for our TOPS background the way you have it set up now. None of our computers can bring them in, it just goes to your website not like before. Do not like this new process. HELP! WD1219

Hi Kerry, It does go to the website now. You'll need to click the link to download the themes you want to use. We hope to have the new Customer Care Center up and running soon - you should find it easier to download themes once we have that rolled out.

Cannot make these work. And many on the list of themes will not open onthe computers.

Problems downloading themes
Hi Roberta, I just tested the package again and it worked for me. I can offer one or two tips:
If you are using the system in a networked environment (client/server), make sure that you copy them to your local machine in that case. If, on the other hand, you are using a remote server connection (such as Citrix), you will need to have your administrator grab the themes and load them on the local drive of the server.
If you cannot open the zip file at all, you may be missing the program needed to open it. Winzip (www.winzip.com) and Winrar (www.rarlab.com) both offer solutions that will allow you to open the downloaded zip files.
If you are still having troubles, I recommend you contact the support department at 800-899-5689.
