- New Community Selector – showing more communities
- GL Cash Flow Statement – with quick setup wizard
- Communications History – captures all printed and emailed correspondence with owners and vendors
- Unlimited Owner Email Addresses – with email “Opt-In” flag
- TOPS iMail – a mass email system for owners and vendors
- Print or email ANY owner correspondence

- Email in place of printed mailing labels
- Vendor Communications History – stores all emails and work orders sent to vendors
- Bill to Community Reporting – print this report to backup billing the community for mailing related expenses

Re: TOPS Professional 4.0 – Highlights
Where do I long in to receive a Notification to "Complete the upgrade to Tops Professional 4.0?". The directions say to log into TOPS on the server. I am on Tops website from our server and do not see any prompts to upgrade.
