TOPS Software regretfully announces that a year-long collaboration with Tracer Pro has ended. The partnership was formed to allow the Tracer Pro mobile applications access to the TOPS databases. A meeting yesterday between executives at TOPS and Tracer Pro culminated in an agreement that the partnership be dissolved.
Mike Hardy, Vice President of Sales at TOPS had this to say on the matter: "Tracer Pro is a good company with good people, but unfortunately this partnership was not successful. We wish them the best of luck."
TOPS will continue to provide support for existing customers using the current Tracer Pro plugin for TOPS Professional. However, any customers purchasing Tracer Pro after notification will not be elligible for support from TOPS Software. Future enhancements to Tracer Pro programs will also not be elligible for support by TOPS support technicians.

The terms of the acquisition provide for all of the customers of MyCommunityAssociation.com and opens the possibility for customers of that product who also use TOPS Professional to provide live updates of their TOPS Software data to their Association website. |

A large update has been released for TOPS OnPoint this week!
This release includes a large number of updates and new features. We have combed through the software and updated a number of pages to make them more user friendly, and consistent with the whole product. We have also added a number of fun new features such as multiple simultaneous logins for users, mailing labels option for all letters, new custom options for Architectural Requests, new address grids, and two brand new sub modules in Communities.
The list below the cut is a sneak preview of the features that are included on the update. The full list is on the OnPoint website. To get this update, simply log in to your TOPS OnPoint! Because it is an online product, there is nothing you need to do. All of your files are automatically updated.

TOPS is moving! ...And if you ask our employees they would tell you it's about time! TOPS has long since outgrown our current office space and this month we will be moving into new, bigger space.
