TOPS Software offers more partnership and third party integrations than any other community management solution in the industry. To date, TOPS offers over 100 partner integrations. Whether it’s offering a unique interface for a bank or a specialized file transfer for document preparation, no software provider gives their clients more options than TOPS Software. Choosing a partner from our TOPS Authorized Integration Partner program means you’re choosing someone that can work with your TOPS system and has a product or service that complements your TOPS system.

So what is a TOPS Authorized Integration Partner and why does using one matter? Choosing a TOPS Authorized Integration Partner means the following:

      • TOPS support team is able to assist clients with integration
      • Partner support team is in place to provide assistance to TOPS customers
      • TOPS and Partner jointly assist client in implementing integration
      • TOPS development team was involved in creation of the interface
      • TOPS’ Software Development Kit (SDK) may be in use by the partner
      • Integration was designed from the ground up to work with TOPS
      • Partners will have access to attend TOPS events
      • TOPS will feature partner on corporate website
      • TOPS and Partners will act as referring agents for business

Requirements

TOPS Authorized Integration Partners reflect a wealth of products and services that span the entirety of the association management industry. From resale document disclosures to reserve studies to community websites and coupon/statement preparation, TOPS has many options for our clients to choose from. And every year we are adding more partner options to the program as new services and options become available.

TOPS is always looking for new integration partners to benefit our clients. To become a TOPS Authorized Integration Partner, a vendor must meet the following criteria:

  • Vendor must provide a value-added solution
  • Vendor must not offer a competing product or service
  • Vendor will agree to mutually market our products
  • Vendor must have a support mechanism for mutual clients
  • Vendor will have a reputation for conducting business with honesty and integrity
