2012 TOPS Software PCAM Scholarship

TOPS has been a long time member of CAI and supports their efforts to train Professional Community Association Managers. PCAMs are a bedrock of our industry and we applaud you for getting your PCAM accreditation!

Professional Community Association Manager
The pinnacle of community association management. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.

If you earned or will be earning your PCAM designation between the 2011 CAI National Conference (May 4, 2011) and the 2012 CAI National Conference (May 2-5, 2012), please complete the form below to apply for the scholarship. TOPS Software will award you with $1000 to cover education costs for your certification.

Share with us why you want to become a PCAM, and what you hope to accomplish with the certification. Applicants will be reviewed by the TOPS Software scholarship committee, and a winner will be announced at the 2012 CAI National Conference in Las Vegas, NV.

Last Year's Winner

TOPS is pleased to announce the winner of the first ever TOPS PCAM Scholarship program! Congratulations to Karen Murphy from The Case Bowen Company! We received a great number of applications for the TOPS Software PCAM Scholarship, but we felt that Karen’s dedication to the community management industry and her hard work epitomized the best attributes of a community manager and made her a great choice for this inaugural award.

Karen Murphy, who says she’s not normally at a loss for words, was “speechless” when she had found out that she won.

Scholarship Award

TOPS will announce the PCAM Scholarship recipient at the CAI National Conference in Las Vegas, May 5th.

If you are selected, we will notify you in advance so that you can make time to meet up with us at conference to award it to you. We will also announce the recipient on our website at the same time.
