In the Events Calendar feature, we have added required "start time" and "end time" fields so that events can be easily sorted in chronological order within days. This will gradually replace the current free-form "event time" field.

In the Reviews feature, we now allow administrators to control what security level has the ability to post new reviews.

Statistics Menu - Show Login Statistics - Now allows sorting on all columns and each person's listing is a hyperlink to their user profile page.

Statistics Menu - Show Page Views for Past 30 Days - Now allows viewing of detailed page views for a specific date.

New! Games* - We've signed an agreement with a third-party games provider to allow games to be made available on your web site. Your site will have access to 10 to 20 free online games such as online puzzles, jumbles and much more. The interface is completely seamless, so it looks exactly like the rest of your web site.

In eForms: you now have the ability to add an attachment to the eform when you submit it. (there is an "add attachment" field you can add to the form).

In eForms: you can now design a form with a drop-down selection box called Directed Recipient Field. Then, based on the particular item the respondant chooses in that drop-down box, the eForm is forwarded to a specific recipient. For example: on a PM site, when a resident fills out an eform for an accounting request, they choose the name of their community from a drop-down box, and then the eForm is directed off to the property manager for the community they choose.

Site Search: is now integrated with the address book search; so the main site search feature searches address book as well as the other features.

Address book Super Search: There is a new "Address Book Search" BOX imbeded on the Address Book page (like the site search box). Now to search in the address book, you simply type the name or address or word into the box. This replaces the old method of having to click on "search the address book" to go to the template page, then scroll through the address book template and finally type in the word/name/address.

Added Classifieds and Reviews to the internal Search Engine, so web site visitors may now search for items in these features. Like all search engine components, security levels are preserved, so visitors that are not logged in to your web site may only find items that are set to view security level 100, Owners and Residents may only view results for items set to security level 50, etc.

On the back end, we have implemented a brand new SQL server which is responsible for handling page requests from web site visitors. The new server is faster, has more memory, more hard disk space, more processors...more, More, MORE! This upgrade will provide greater speed and reliability to all of our customers' web sites across the board.

The "Site Search" feature now also searches all 3 layers of custom modules. The view security levels are obeyed, which means you will not "find" a result that you are not allowed to see based upon your security level.

New admin links have been added to the bottom of the Module edit screens to allow administrators to edit the content of that layer without having to "back up" to the previous screen in order to edit what they want.

Fixed a security hole in the Board Chat feature.

Added the Advanced Upload Setup for users that need to make changes to Advanced Upload Settings.

Added Second Owner to name parsing routine to allow secondary owner name to upload to web site if no spouse is present in primary owner field name.

Added a search engine to TOPS Community Web Sites. Currently searches Announcements, Events Calendar and the Resident Message Board.

Added option to email bulletins for partial domain sends to allow resending failed emails.

Added a sort order to the events within a particular day on the calendar.

Calendar Print now allows printing of calendars up until 2010.

You can now log transcripts of a Live Chat session to a file so the web site administrator can print or save the transcript. (contact support for more info on this)

Events Calendar/Compact View has been increased the width to allow the date/time to be listed side by side.

Added the ability for Web Reports Manager to upload to multiple Internet servers per the community configuration.

We've been doing a lot of 'back end' fixes in the upload process, hunting down and solving several of the persistent upload errors that our customers have reported, most notably the creation of duplicate logins, and records uploading with a login and password of "Not Uploaded". We continue to check and improve the upload process to eliminate errors, so be sure to run the TOPS 2000™ Internet Updater to get the latest files.

Properties with renters and developers will now upload to the web site if there is no primary homeowner associated with a home in TOPS 2000™.

Added the ability to send email bulletins to those who haven't taken part in a particular survey yet (for reminder emails).

Added a new eForm field type that allows delivery of the eForm to recipients based upon a selection from a Drop down box in the eForm.

Added the ability for the the Announcements feature to be "plugged in" to the private home page just like "What's New" and "Events Calendar".

Added the ability to log the IP address with each vote in the Survey feature to allow for validation in cases where tampering is suspected.

Added a "Prior Day" and "Next Day" link to the daily view of the events calendar and fixed the date display at the top of that screen to accurately reflect the proper date.
Pictures added by residents for user profiles are now custom tagged so they cannot inadvertently be overwritten by another picture loaded earlier by someone else.

Added a security enhancement so that the header page of a private module cannot be viewed without the user being logged in with the proper security level.

Added a security enhancement so that a private classified ad could not be viewed from the public side even ifit was previously accessed by entering the link to it.

Extended the timeout amount for the message entry screen to 10 minutes. Communities with a large number of message board subscribers should no longer get timeouts.

Extended the timeout amount for eForm submission to 45 minutes. Residents filling out very long eForms should no longer experience timeouts.

Added some easier integration for new Online Dues Payment feature.

Added the ability for administrators to customize the text at the top of the "Online Dues Payment" feature using Feature Descriptions.

Changed the sort order on messages under “whats new” to be by posting date/time instead of alpha (most recent posting at top).

On the west coast, the “today” tab now properly handles the shift from one day to another in the proper time zone.

Fixed problem with single quote in eForm names not allowing export of form submissions.

Changed the order of items in "subject" line of email bulletins sent from the Announcement feature....now putting the short description of the Announcement first.
