Training: the key to your success!

TOPS Software's programs are designed to be easy to understand and use. Learning any new program, however, can overwhelm new users. Training for new users is imperative to shorten the learning curve and eliminate start-up mistakes. This is the reason we created TOPS University - to provide a resource for our customers' continuing education needs.

TOPS University offers affordable Internet training classes designed to give you a better working knowledge of our software. We recommend all new users sign up for the three hour Orientation/Overview, which walks through the TOPS v3.2.1™ Basic System. Customers who prefer one-on-one training in their office or via the Internet, can request a training proposal from the TOPS University web site. We also have a network of third party Dealers/Trainers around the country who offer excellent on-site training at your offices. A list of third party Dealer/Trainers can be found on our web site, www.topssoft.com, under the Dealers & Trainers button.

If you're in a pinch, the TOPS Technical Support staff is there to help by answering specific questions or handling a specific issue. If you’ve accidentally double posted your monthly charges, Technical Support can help. If you've posted an invoice for a wrong amount, Technical Support can help. If your annual meeting is tonight and you need to email the sign-in list to the on site property manager, Technical Support can help. What Technical Support cannot do is train your staff to use the software.They can, however, advise when training is more appropriate for your particular situation, because training isn't just for new users.

TOPS University offers Internet training classes for users of all levels. Whether you need a refresher on functions that are done infrequently, like budgeting and year end, or you've just purchased a new module and need to get up and running quickly, TOPS University offers courses on all subjects for all users.

Getting the most out of your investment in TOPS Software is a mutual responsibility involving both TOPS and you, our customer. We offer the tools for a successful implementation of the TOPS Software suite of programs; it's up to you to use them. Knowledge is power, so get powerful—and profitable!
